Finished workout for the day. No nausea at all this time. I always thought morning workouts were best, but maybe not for me?

First attempt at workout ended in less than five minutes because I almost puked. So I'm going to eat breakfast, drink some liquids, and try again.

I start my weight loss battle today at 310. Not a NYR, but a return to old habits. Who thinks they can lose more weight than me this year?
