The scale is trying to tell me I lost 12 pounds in one week with just 30 minutes of exercise and not watching what I eat one bit!

I am so extremely proud of the high school kids that just played their first full show. Metal has some talented young blood.

Waiting to watch some kids from the high school I work at play some good old school Metal at the local shithole. Can't drink cause I'm on meds though.

It took 4 different drugs, but I survived my 7th 30 minute workout in a row despite lungs being filled with crud. Suck it cold!
